Casselberry Chronicles

The Jaybird Foundation is excited to announce that we have officially signed a lease with Lower Providence Township to restore and adaptively reuse the historic Casselberry Property. Through this public–private partnership, the property will be stabilized, restored, and thoughtfully reimagined as a vibrant space for community connection, education, and cultural engagement.

We extend our sincere thanks to Township Manager EJ Mentry, the Lower Providence Township Board of Supervisors, and Keith McLennan and his firm, Miller Turetsky Rule & McLennan, for their support and collaboration in helping move this important project forward.

Historic preservation is about more than saving buildings—it is about protecting stories, strengthening communities, and creating places where people belong.
